• Monday - Friday, choice of 8 am - 5 pm or four 10-hour days
• 17 patients per day -- up to 4 new patients
• 20-minute follow-ups, 40-minute new patient visits
• Outpatient practice with hospital call coverage
• Weekly call rotation from Friday to Friday -- unrestricted call
• Practice mix: 55% oncology, 35% benign, 10 - 15% hematology
