Each Designer partners with a dedicated group of 5-6 clients, no more. Were currently growing our team and seeking a client-focused UX/UI Designers . Design intuitive user interfaces and create seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions Create and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and project requirements Present design concepts and rationale clearly to clients and stakeholders Iterate on designs based on client feedback and user testing insights Work alongside developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Participate in client calls and workshops to gather requirements and present design solutions Minimum two years of demonstrated experience as a full-time or freelance UX/UI Designer Expertise with design systems and component libraries Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator), and Sketch Solid understanding of user experience principles, interface design, and usability best practices Knowledge of prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, or InVision is advantageous Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Clear and effective communication skills Sharp attention to precision, detail, and quality assurance Strong English proficiency (both written and verbal) Most Crucial ? the inherent drive to thoroughly comprehend client requirements and deliver exceptional results Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industries Design Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at OneBunch by 2x Get notified about new User Interface Designer jobs in Florida, United States .
