At One Way Wireless Construction, we build and maintain the towers that keep society connected — phones, data, emergency services, and more. It's work that requires focus, commitment, and trust in the people beside you.

We're looking for Tower Technicians who take pride in their work, don't mind getting their hands dirty, and want to be part of a reliable crew that has each other's backs — on the road, at height, and in the long run.

What you'll be doing:

• Climbing towers ranging from 50 to 700 feet to install, repair, or upgrade wireless equipment.
• Rigging ropes, mounting antennas, radios, and running fiber and RF jumpers.
• Following site-specific build plans and carrier standards.
• Documenting your work with photos and helping keep job sites clean and safe.
• Communicating clearly with your crew and supporting newer team members when needed.
• Working Monday–Friday, with regular travel throughout the Midwest.

Who you are:

• You're reliable, respectful, and take safety seriously.
• You're willing to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
• You're comfortable with heights and physically capable of the work.
• You don't mind travel and can be away from home during the week.
• You have experience with basic hand tools and a valid driver's license.
• You can pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check.
• You're able to commute to our Shakopee, MN shop on Mondays and Fridays, or daily if working on a local site.

What you can count on:

• Hourly pay: $21–$39/hr , based on experience and qualifications.
• Overtime pay (1.5x) for any hours over 40/week — most of our crews average 50–60+ hours/week.
• $150 per diem/night (when traveling 60+ miles from our shop).
• 401(k) with company match (50% up to 6% of your paycheck).

• PTO (2 weeks/year), accrued with each paycheck.
