Your Impact:
As a full-time Small Business Administrator at RQ Construction, LLC, you'll provide essential administrative support for federally funded projects through small business compliance initiatives. You'll manage critical documentation, prepare and submit required reports (ISR/SSR/FFATA), and ensure all activities adhere to FAR, DFARS, and other applicable regulations. Using your attention to detail and strong communication skills with both project teams and external stakeholders, you'll help resolve compliance issues, maintain organizational accuracy, and drive operational efficiency. Your reliability and expertise will directly support project success and uphold our reputation for being the first choice of all stakeholders.
Would You Be a Great Small Business Administrator?
•High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
•Minimum two years of experience in administrative office support, ideally within construction and/or compliance
•Initiative, self-motivation, and meticulous attention to detail
•Strong knowledge of compliance processes and quality control
•Excellent time management and organizational skills
•Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with teams and addressing compliance needs
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the overall Microsoft Office Suite, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software tools and platforms; strong internet research skills required. Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus.
