Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven **SEO Specialist** to help improve our online visibility, drive organic traffic, and boost rankings across search engines. You’ll work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies that increase website performance, generate leads, and enhance our overall digital presence.

**Responsibilities:**

* Conduct keyword research and identify SEO opportunities for new and existing content
* Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines
* Perform regular site audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues
* Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console
* Build and manage backlink strategies to improve domain authority
* Stay up to date on SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices
* Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented
* Provide regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights

**Skills:**

* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
* Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or Screaming Frog
* Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword research tools
* Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms
* Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structure optimization is a plus
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Ability to communicate complex SEO strategies in simple terms

**Experience Level:**

* 1–3 years of proven SEO experience (agency or in-house)
* Track record of improving keyword rankings and driving organic growth

**Job Type:** Part-time (20 hrs/week)
