Role Summary

As a Sales Coordinator at AdAdapted, you will be a vital support partner to our Agency Sales team, which focuses on building and nurturing relationships with large advertising agencies to drive significant revenue growth. You will provide comprehensive support to sales executives throughout all stages of the sales lifecycle, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This includes meticulous management of sales data within Salesforce, generating insightful reports, and maintaining pipeline accuracy to inform strategic decisions. You will facilitate seamless cross-functional collaboration with Client Success, Marketing, and vendor partners, ensuring consistent communication and campaign success. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the digital media campaign strategy, supporting meeting preparation, proposal generation, and contract processing, enabling our Agency Sales team to concentrate on cultivating strong client relationships and exceeding revenue targets.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about contributing to the success of a dynamic Agency Sales team.

You will own:

  • Salesforce Data Accuracy and Reporting for Agency Accounts
  • Understanding of the Agency Team’s Pipeline and Current Needs
  • Prospecting Strategy & Outreach (Non-Core Function)
  • Cross-Function within Client Success, Marketing & Sales Teams; Using core processes in place and communicating on behalf of the Agency Sales Team
  • Special Projects (Trade Show & On-Site Coordinating; Client Reservations, Travel, etc.)
  • Upon Request, Build & Process Insertion Orders
  • Organization of Sales & RFP Materials in Asana for Cross-Departmental Collaboration
  • Calendar Management & Meeting Prep
  • Lead-Coordinator for Vendor Partners (ABCS, Pathformance, Flipp...)
  • Upon Request, Proposal Generation / Assist with Program Strategy
  • Contract Processing & Organization of Onboarding
  • Supporting multiple Account Executives

  • Degree from an accredited university or college
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive / MS Office applications
  • Positive Attitude
  • Results-oriented with a desire to build strong relationships (internal and with clients)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and client needs
  • Ability to support and work with multiple team members, across different timezones, each with their own unique needs, and personality
  • Eagerness to learn and work with deadlines
