Blalock Paving, Inc. , a leading asphalt paving company with over 50 years of experience, is seeking a motivated and skilled Asphalt Sealcoating & Striping Helper to join our team in Raleigh, NC. We proudly serve the entire Triangle area. Willing to train the right person, that has had experience working in outdoor construction.

In this hands-on role, you will be an integral part of our crew, primarily responsible for:

• Sealcoating: Applying asphalt sealer to parking lots and driveways, ensuring a professional and durable finish.
• Striping: Painting clear and accurate lines for parking spaces, arrows, and other pavement markings.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in spraying asphalt sealer.
• Demonstrated experience in painting crisp and precise lines for pavement marking.
• Experience using a Linelazer 3400 for striping is a significant plus.
• A strong understanding of striper mechanics, including the ability to break down the equipment and diagnose basic problems, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
