Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our human resources team and drive talent acquisition for our organization. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates to support our corporate growth, with an emphasis on building a diverse and skilled workforce.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to fill corporate positions across various departments.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using job boards, social media, and networking channels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Partner with marketing to enhance employer branding and promote job opportunities.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Proficiency in ATS software (e.g., Workday, Taleo) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of employment regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for tracking candidate progress.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Effective negotiation skills for offer discussions and candidate relations.
