RECRUITER

Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Corporate Recruiter to join a dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this high-profile role, you will support the companies’ hiring needs for US operations. With your proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, excellent networking and relationship management skills, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to source, interview, and onboard top-tier talent.

📍Location: Houston, TX 77024

📌This position is office Mon- Fri (while training) and transition to a Hybrid role (once training is complete) Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day- WFH.

✔️Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 P/Hour.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process (source, screen, interview, job offer and hire qualified candidates).
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, and job boards.
  • Work with talent acquisition manager and team to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood.
  • Work closely with the talent acquisition manager to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  • Manage all information in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) or any other reporting requirements.
  • Regular follow up with the department team lead and candidate to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process.

Education:

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred.

Experience/Skills:

  • Two (2) years full cycle experience in a high-volume or highly skilled industry and high pace turnaround.
  • Proficient computer skills including the Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research.
  • Experience in construction preferred.
  • Proven success in recruiting and placing passive candidates.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Must have experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
  • Strong vendor manager skills related to recruitment activities such as job boards and ATS.
