We move fast, push boundaries, and expect high performance from everyone on our team. Now, we’re looking for a Proactive, Fast-Moving, High-IQ Admin & Errands Coordinator to join us in-office part-time and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

This isn’t just “sit at a desk and wait for instructions.” You’ll be the go-to problem solver for all the small but critical tasks that keep the business and office moving efficiently.

You will:

  • Tidy and organize the office daily to a high standard.
  • Keep our 5 studios clean and organized, with a more thorough deep clean once a week.
  • Handle a high volume of Amazon returns and ensure packages are processed correctly.
  • Restock supplies and keep fridges filled at all times.
  • Manage online ordering for supplies, snacks, and any other office needs.
  • Assist with basic admin tasks — filing, scanning, organizing documents.
  • Handle returns, package drop-offs, and small errands.
  • Support with occasional event setup, deliveries, and vendor coordination.
  • Be ready to jump on anything that comes up and solve it fast.

Must-Haves

  • Reliable vehicle - you reimbursed standard IRS paid mileage
  • Proactive problem-solver — you don’t wait to be told, you spot and fix.
  • Fast-moving & efficient — we hate slow.
  • High IQ & attention to detail — nothing gets missed.
  • Reliable and trustworthy — handling company property, packages, and errands.
  • Able to lift and carry items when needed (light to moderate).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands.

Hours & Pay

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 2 PM (or 9 AM – 1 PM, some flexibility)
  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Location: In-office
