Position Summary:

As a Market Coordinator for RoofSpot, you are the face of our company in your local community. This is a direct-to-home (D2D) sales role focused on generating new roofing and PDR business by educating homeowners on storm damage restoration, providing inspections, and guiding them through the insurance claim process. You will also follow up with insurance companies to gather claim updates — but all supplementing and production is handled by our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Canvass neighborhoods to identify homes and vehicles impacted by hail or storm damage.

• Perform roof and vehicle inspections, document findings with photos, and present the results to homeowners.

• Explain the insurance restoration process clearly and professionally.

• Obtain signed contingency agreements and coordinate scheduling of inspections or adjuster meetings.

• Maintain regular communication with homeowners throughout the claim process.

• Follow up with insurance companies to check on claim statuses or payout timelines.

•  

• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets for signed contracts and inspections.

• Participate in team meetings and ongoing sales training to sharpen skills and stay current on products and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous door-to-door or outside sales experience preferred (but not required — we will train the right candidates).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and handle objections.

• Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to achieve goals.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet homeowners on their schedules.

• Basic tech skills for using CRM apps, capturing photos, and sending updates.

• Clean, professional appearance and a positive attitude.
