Job Description

Specific areas of responsibility are: Liaise with colleagues and the Program Coordinator to ensure seamless communication and information flow regarding program initiatives. Respond promptly to inquiries received in the team mailbox, ensuring all messages are addressed within 24 hours to maintain efficient communication and support. Assist in preparing, managing, and submitting class rosters and training documentation to Cigna University in a timely and accurate manner. Support colleagues throughout the training enrollment and course sign-up process, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed. Collect, analyze, and report class metrics, including attendance, registration, and feedback to support continuous program improvement. Present analyzed class metrics and data trends with the team and direct manager for informational purposes. Assist in maintaining and updating program calendars, schedules, and related documentation to facilitate effective program management. Assist in the producer role during training classes as needed, supporting the smooth execution of virtual and in-person sessions. Provide support for digital marketing initiatives related to the Technology Enrichment Training Program. Demonstrate a collaborative spirit by working closely with team members to achieve shared objectives and support overall program success. Demonstrate adaptability by effectively managing shifting priorities and embracing additional responsibilities as needed to support the Technology Enrichment Training program. Qualifications: Strong communication skills Strong organizational skills Customer service mindfulness Ability to work within a team Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Capability to analyze problems and using sound judgement to determine solutions Ability to clearly communicate, both verbally and written, with colleagues and other IT staff
