Job Description
We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our CEO. This person will play a critical role in helping manage schedules, streamline communication, coordinate key projects, and create more space for the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.
Manage and maintain executive calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
Support sales initiatives and provide both in-office and remote administrative assistance
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up documentation
Monitor and respond to emails and communications on behalf of the CEO as needed
Support special projects including event coordination, marketing follow-up, and internal operations
Track deadlines and keep key initiatives on schedule
Conduct light research or data collection as needed
Maintain confidentiality and act as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders
Job Type: Part-Time (20 Hours per week)
