Were seeking a talented and results-driven E-Commerce & Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a self-starter with experience in managing digital campaigns and e-commerce platforms, who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Amazon, and other platforms for our e-commerce clients.
• Provide weekly performance reports with insights, key metrics, and strategic recommendations.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like MailChimp, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Oversee SEO strategy and execution to improve organic search rankings and site traffic.
• Maintain and update client websites using platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and Squarespace.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to websites, digital advertising platforms, and Amazon Marketplace.
• Collaborate with the design team to generate engaging and on-brand social media, email, and ad campaigns.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or direct-to-consumer brand setting.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as MailChimp or Campaign Monitor.
• Strong working knowledge of Shopify, including apps, integrations, and performance tools.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.).
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills with the ability to explain complex performance data in clear, actionable terms.
• Detail-oriented and tech-savvy with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Commitment: 20 hours per week
• Duration: Ongoing contract (with potential for growth)
• Location: Hybrid, some time needed in Sausalito office
• Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
