What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with account information
• Process applications and payments with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: At least one year of recent call center experience
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and adaptability
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in computer systems and data entry

What You Need to Know:

• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Three professional references will be contacted
• Availability Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM (8-hour shifts)
