Job Description Our South Shore CPG client is looking for a Creative Project Manager with 5+ years' experience for a 3+ month engagement. The role involves coordinating between different creative departments, tracking and scheduling video, print, and digital projects across multiple offices. Experience with Workfront or similar project management tools, along with some background in the retail or CPG industry, and managing agency relationships, is required. The responsibilities include: Spotting resource and knowledge gaps and taking steps to address them. Partnering with outside vendors. Directing and coordinating project activities to ensure they are on cost, on scope, and on schedule. Assisting the Project Engineering team with detailed planning, tracking, and reporting of new SKU launches. Managing photo shoot planning across categories and overseeing video & photography budgets and usage rights. Building collaborative relationships with internal marketing partners. Resourcing, scoping, and managing all projects. Channeling global information to local teams and supporting the business. Developing project scope documents and enrolling team members for high-impact projects with clear outcomes and objectives. Defining an achievable baseline plan with the project team, including scope, schedule, budgets, resources, and ROI targets.
