Are you ready to take the lead in shaping a thriving credit program? We are seeking a dynamic Chief Credit Executive (CCE) to enhance and manage our credit offerings. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a significant credit portfolio with a keen focus on current operations and future growth opportunities. Collaborating directly with the CEO, you will ensure that our credit program aligns seamlessly with the company’s strategic objectives and risk appetite.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing robust credit policies, procedures, and strategies that support our expansion ambitions.
• Maintaining high standards of credit quality while also driving business growth.
• Leading a talented team and fostering a culture of excellence in credit risk management.
• Making data-driven decisions to enhance portfolio performance and mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A proven track record in credit risk management.
• A deep understanding of financial analysis, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field; a Master’s degree and/or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in a similar leadership role within a financial institution.
