Art Gallery Supervisor

As the Art Gallery Supervisor at the renowned Bellagio, you won't just manage logistics, you'll become a vital part of an inspiring, culturally rich guest journey. From curating seamless ticketing experiences, managing the retail store and inventory, to sharing insider knowledge about world-class exhibits, you'll be the welcoming face that transforms a visit into a lasting memory. With every interaction, you'll help guests connect not only with the artwork, but with the unforgettable energy of Bellagio.

The Starting Rate: $21.00 / Per Hour

The Day-To-Day:

• Support the Art & Culture Department by keeping track of inventory for all shows and events
• Answer guest questions and share information about the property and local area
• Keep all show and event details updated in the ticketing system, including off-property sales
• Review current procedures and promotions and create new ones to bring in more guests
• Create daily event reports for leadership, management, and promoters
• Handle HR tasks for the department, encourage teamwork, give feedback, and support hiring, training, and diversity efforts
• Train and guide team members so they understand and meet department goals

Gallery Details:

• Hours of Operation: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM / 7 Days a Week (May work before/after these times for opening and closing procedures)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
• Two (2) years of Ticket Office or Cash Handling experience
• Working knowledge of the History of Art with Gallery or Museum experience preferred
• Leadership experience preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
