Cotton & Company is an advertising and marketing agency doing business throughout the US and internationally. Our client base is the industry’s leading luxury residential real estate segment, private club communities and lifestyle driven business entities.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for the concept and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, in concert with our in-house staff of creative professionals. You must have a fine eye for detail, intuitive use of today’s digital tools, and be confident in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. We’re looking for you to bring your A-game to projects to drive success for our clients.

Job Description

• Strong conceptual skills. Forward big picture thinkers and visionaries
• Understands corporate brand requirements to achieve cohesiveness and how to develop and execute it
• High attention to detail and brand execution
• Print production skills with in-depth understanding of paper and specifications
• Strong working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, self-motivated to stay updated on software enhancements
• Comprehensive branding, logo development, websites, print ads, brochures, collateral, TV commercials, billboards, banner ads, direct mail, signage and any other marketing components
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, programmers, digital specialists and account executives to execute project
• Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure
• Dilligent in staying up to date with the latest technology and take the necessary research steps to be in the front of the latest design trends

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years design experience in an agency setting
• 5+ years industry experience
• Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• A Bachelors Degree in advertising, communication design, or visual arts a plus
