We are looking for a skilled Bank Credit Analyst specializing in AML to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient closing, renewal, and management of international credit transactions. Your expertise in legal documentation, loan processing, and risk management will contribute significantly to the success of our operations.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee loan and facility closings, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to organizational policies and procedures for loan closings, ensuring compliance with bank regulations.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams, brokers, clients, and agents to facilitate seamless transaction processes.
• Review and validate executed loan documents, ensuring proper authorization and submission to credit administration.
• Verify that clients have fulfilled all financial obligations and closing contingencies prior to transaction completion.
• Assess and confirm the accuracy of terms and conditions in Exim and other ECAs policies.
• Gather, review, and organize required documentation from clients, preparing legal files for transaction closures.
• Monitor trade credit insurance policies, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and manage premium payments.
• Prepare periodic reports for portfolio monitoring and management.
• Process payments for legal fees, activation fees, shared arrangement fees, and provide confirmation to vendors.

• At least 3 years of experience in international credit transactions, letters of credit, or documentary collections.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• Proficiency in English is required, and Spanish is preferred for both written and spoken communication.

• Solid background in handling legal documentation, credit risks, insurance policies, and monitoring loan disbursements.

• Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems, ERP platforms, CRM tools, and cash flow analysis.

• Strong understanding of credit applications, accounts receivable processes, and collection procedures.

• Ability to analyze and manage complex portfolios of trade loans effectively.
