They need to be able to develop features from idea to deployment. This person will also work on enhancements, performance improvements, and bug fixes. The role is more backend-oriented, with a focus on vanilla JavaScript and .NET MVC. Much work is done in background jobs.

Expectations - the experience you need Some of the main responsibilities include: Building out new state-based finance reporting, based on different file formats. Each state has a spec sheet, and the work is very transaction and accounting-based. A significant amount of PDF processing is involved. This is our most heavily unit-tested feature. Developing new features for the CRM, mobile apps (as lighter versions), and integrations with other apps, including expanding our Zapier integration. Potential involvement in AI features within our existing framework. Updating our email marketing features, currently processing over 150 million events per month and growing. Bug fixing and maintenance. Technical Requirements and Preferred Experience Excellent communication skills, with at least 90% proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). Core Technologies: .NET (preferably 9.0); strong proficiency required, but candidates with experience in earlier versions may be considered. Microsoft SQL Server 2022 required. Trainable Technologies: ClickHouse 24.7 SQL skills required. Redis familiarity with key-value stores or caching is helpful; trainable. Kafka experience with other messaging systems like RabbitMQ is beneficial. SignalR, Hangfire, AWS services (SQS, SNS, S3, Lambda, CloudFront), CI/CD tools (TeamCity & Octopus Deploy), MAUI Blazor Hybrid (experience with Xamarin or MAUI is a plus).
